How to Treat ANY Skin Rash with Just 1 Vegetable


Lettuce is rich in vitamins А, B1, B2, B3, B6, C and Е, and it also contains lots of minerals such as calcium, copper, magnesium and iron. This is why we highly recommend using this vegetable’s benefits for making products which will nurture your face.

1. Lettuce lotion

This lotion will help you get rid of the redness of the skin caused by the sun rays. Besides that, this lotion is excellent against acne.

All you need to do is cook lettuce leaves on low temperature for an hour and a half. Once you strain the cooked mixture, throw away the leaves and keep the resulting liquid.

Use the liquid as a lotion. It shelf life is three days. Remember to keep it in a dark and cold place.

2. Mask for dry and cracked skin

Cook several lettuce leaves in water for a minute. Take the leaves and wrap them in gauze afterwards. Place these coatings onto your face, neck and other parts of the body which you want to refresh.

Let the coatings act for half an hour. Rinse your skin with chamomile tea afterwards.
